Greetings,
We want to welcome you to the first edition of Senderos, the Electronic Bulletin for the Border-Wide EE Coalition. Here you will find stories and news from our border region's environmental educators, and learn of programs and events taking place in all of the ten US-Mexico Border States.

The Border-Wide EE Coalition was born from the desire of many environmental educators across the region to increase collaboration and communication between groups and individuals doing EE in conjunction with the Border 2012 program. We are supporting that effort through the creation of this bulletin and a list serve.

We need your help to make this bulletin more inclusive of the Border States; we want to learn what YOU are doing in your community, share your stories of success, your lessons learned, as well as your recent and future events, so we can include them in the next edition of the bulletin. You can send them to jmarcos-iga@eeexchange.org

For more information on the Border 2012 program, visit www.epa.gov/usmexicoborder. Thank you for being part of this group effort. Together we can raise the quality of Environmental Education and ensure that it continues to be a key tool in the improvement of our shared border environment.

Regards,
